Jean is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor (GFIT). Her fitness roots started with competitive sports from a young age, competing in national equestrian sports and tennis. She had always been a regular gym-goer but wanted to get physically stronger, hence, developed a passion for powerlifting evolving into power-building, a mix of strength and aesthetics. Besides, personal training, she is an experienced trainer in group classes - HIIT, circuit and functional training. Jean is a vegetarian and an avid animal lover who established TNRM Malaysia, an NGO that manages the stray animal population via neutering.
Alando gets involved in anything worth competing in. At the early age of 11, Alando won the Gold Medal for Malaysia at the World Kick Boxing Championships in Spain. At the age of 19 he signed his first professional contract as a football player in Singapore and then shortly after, moved to Australia where his career in football came to an end. Fitness was a natural route post football. As an ACE Personal Trainer and GFIT Group Trainer, Alando will ensure you smash your fitness goals.
Lukman has been working in the fitness industry since 2011. Starting with zero knowledge but a huge passion for working out and leading a healthier lifestyle, Lukman sharpened his skills as a personal trainer in some of KL's leading commercial fitness centres. Lukman's area of expertise is with weight training, functional training, weight loss, muscle gain and health maintenance. Mahisha Naidu is a professional mental health practitioner specialising in Dance Movement Psychotherapy. She believes that just as a healthy mind creates a healthy body, a healthy body, in turn, creates a healthy mind. Working and immersing herself creatively with the mind-body connection, Mahisha’s passion has ventured into the fitness industry. She is a rhythm cycling instructor at Flycycle, Malaysia, a certified Zumba fitness and dance instructor and a passionate fitness junkie!
Tracy has been working in the fitness industry for 30 years. She started teaching fitness classes as a uni student and progressed her career as an international trainer, manager, business consultant and creative director for fitness workouts. Tracy is Co-Owner of KL’s leading boutique fitness clubs, FIRE, and developed the programs and trainers to delight and motivate their FIRE fans. Mei, is a NASM Fitness Nutritionist, a RIDE HIIT Trainer and a Pharmacist graduate from the UK, currently living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She's in the business of empowering women to make the right choices when it comes to female fitness and nutrition via her coaching as well as her Women's fitness website CIKIPEDIA. Her mission is to help women live their best life through health and fitness. This means giving women the confidence, strength and happiness they need to achieve their goals.
Mei is also a passionate marathoner, diver and mother to 2 year old Luca Olesya. In her spare time she can be found blogging in the nearest cafe or having a coffee whilst catching up with like minded souls.

Huda started her first yoga class in 2005 and thought it the most challenging workout she ever done! On traveling to the Middle East, she met an amazing Hatha Yoga teacher who taught her healing and meditative Yoga and she was hooked. Huda has traveled to Thailand, North America and Europe to practice and attend yoga workshops with world renowned yoga teachers and to Mysore,India where she attended her anatomy teaching course and deepened her practise in Ashtanga yoga. Huda is also an advocate on plant based living and earned a Certification of Plant-based Sports Nutrition from PLANTLAB Culinary School.
Shireen Salleh completed her 200-hour RYT training in Koh Samui in 2015. A partner at Yogaonethatiwant Studio since July 2014, she was encouraged by Atilia Haron to share her love of yoga and has not looked back since, teaching Vinyasa Yoga & Power Vinyasa Never sporty as a child, she only began becoming serious with health and fitness after the birth of her first child - she's a mum of three kids now!. Shireen believes you can become a health and fitness convert at any age and discovered that Yoga truly changed her life for the better and is committed in sharing her love for yoga with all.
